Why We Started

Iron Pillar Studios exists because we believe the best games come from small teams who refuse to compromise. We started this studio to build the game we've always wanted to play — and to prove that a focused team can compete on quality with studios ten times our size.

We're not trying to build a portfolio of titles overnight. We're putting everything into one game, doing it right, and building a studio culture that can sustain that level of craft for years to come.

Where We Are

We're currently in active development on our first title, Alyria. The core team is small and remote-first, working across time zones with a shared obsession for detail.

We're growing carefully — adding people who share our values, not just our skill requirements. Every hire at this stage shapes the studio as much as they shape the game.
